The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

The apartement is located in the pedestrian area of San Lorenzo in the artistic heart of Florence. San Lorenzo neighborhood is the liveliest place in Florence. It's famous for its beautiuful Basilica, the Cappelle Medicee and the Mercato Centrale. It's five minutes walk from the Central train Station of Santa Maria Novella and three minutes walk from the Duomo. It's also very close to the Uffizi, the Galleria of the Accademia, Ponte Vecchio and all the most famous shopping streets of Florence.

Wonderful and relaxing 59 mq apartment literally located at 1 sec walk from the Duomo in historical and elegant Medici palace. In the pedestrian and historic center. You can easily walk in to all places of interest: the Accademia, Uffizi, and all the intresting place are a few steps on foot. This small cottage of 55 mq is located on the edge of the historic center of Florence, near the central train station, the riversides and the main roads which connect the city center to the airport and the highways. It is located within the garden of the main house where I live and it has a pleasant garden where guests can relax and a safe private parking. Guests can reach the heart of the historic center and its monuments with a 10-15 minute walk along the beautiful Florentine riversides.
