Il villino Sunset House si trova in un residence elegante e tranquillo nella meravigliosa Zambrone. A 5 minuti di macchina vi sono varie spiagge tra cui la celeberrima Marinella, detta anche Baia di Paradiso del Sub. All'interno è dotato di ogni optional, vi è un portico arredato, un solarium ed un giardino con barbecue e doccia esterna.
