It's 1 minute away from the train station. You have the shops, bars, etc. within 5 minutes. The apartment does not have elevator you have to climb stairs 5th floor with a final stretch of snail, but it is worth being able to enjoy the fantastic views and the beach. Nice studio in downtown Lloret de Mar. It's very simple but has everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. Ideal for a couple. The studio is located on the seafront, close to all amenities - beaches, pharmacies, shops, bars and restaurants, nightclubs, bus station, everything is just minutes from the house. P.S. DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS THE APARTMENT IS NOISY, BECAUSE IT IS LOCATED IN THE CENTER WITH ALL THE NIGHTLIFE NEXT DOOR.
