Lo spazio é luminoso e moderno, dispone di cucina con piastre a induzione, tostapane, bollitore, frigorifero, fornetto/microonde, mobile tv, credenza, tavolo da pranzo, divano letto con comodo materasso matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, camera da letto con 2 letti unibili a matrimoniale su richiesta, scrivania, armadio. Vi é poi un terrazzo con tavolino e divanetto e finestre con zanzariere.
