This superb newly built 6 bedroom villa is located in the prestigious area of Quinta das Raposeiras, privileged by its magnificent views, and is only a short drive away from Santa Bárbara de Nexe ,the nearest restaurant is 5mn away. Sleeps up to 12 people, just perfect for a big family or even multiple families. All private pool, the villa has 4 independent apartments, 2 with two bedroom with AC and 2 studios without AC. The pool can be heated at an extra cost.

Large luxury family home, quiet, space and beach

The house is located on a spacious plot of no less than 14 hectares, a dream place in Portugal, where you can fully enjoy peace, space and nature. You feel wonderfully far away from everything, which is very special in the Algarve, but the quinta is only a 15-minute drive from the beach and less than 10 minutes from nice restaurants. The large child-friendly garden, richly planted with fruit trees, among other things, has various terraces, a swimming pool (10 x 5 m.) with a paddling pool.
