We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. Mas Prats becomes a quiet corner, which invites you to rest and enjoy a unique rural environment located between the Costa Brava and the Gavarres. The one-story house is accessible, spacious and very bright and from every room you can see the fields or the forest. The birds are listening. Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. An ideal choice for any time of the year.

It is a restored farmhouse, with cozy, updated spaces and a rustic air. The environment allows you to isolate yourself from the world, (9 km of forest track in good condition). The nearest urban center is 18 km away, but it is also close to interesting places to visit (historical, gastronomic, etc.). The lawn with barbecue is an extension of the apartment.
