Rustic house right on the sand of the beach located on the suburbs of Rota norte, between El Puerto de Santa Maria and Chipiona. You will have the sea just a few seconds away and the sand at your feet, and will hear the sound of the waves from the bed. Costa de la Luz is known for it's amazing sunsets. Each day they have an unique and special light. It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes away by car from Rota norte and Costa Ballena. It is essential to bring your own vehicle.

Wonderful duplex located in a palace from the year 1700, completely refurbished and situated in the heart of the historic centre. A few minutes away from the emblematic Mercado de Abastos and the Plaza del Cabildo. On the first floor there is a nice entrance hall, a pleasant living room with sofa-bed, 2 spacious double bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, 1 en-suite. On the second floor there is another living room, kitchen-dining room, laundry room and guest toilet. Private terrace of 60 m2.

Two bedrooms/One bathroom with very large lounge/dining room and a balcony ideal for up to four persons to enjoy a relaxing drink. It is situated two blocks ( 3 minutes of slow walk ) from the beach and 10 minutes walk to Plaza Gabildo in the center of town. Just a few steps from Mercadona and Aldi supermarkets. Located in a very centric part of town where bars, restaurants and all type of businesses abound. Apartment is on 1st floor and has a private garage in the basement. WI-FI internet.
