Forma parte de Biendella, un espacio rural de paz y buena energía en el corazón de las Merindades, que gira en torno a un jardín amurallado común lleno de abundancia: flores, frutales, pozos de agua, incluso un pequeño bosque de arces.. This cozy chalet overlooks the entire Bay of Santander and the famous Somo beach, which is just 500 meters away, an extensive sandy area with 8 km of fine sand. It is located a short walk from the Pedreña Golf Course, and the Somo ferries that will take you to Santander on a ride through the beautiful Bay. It has good communications and alternatives to enjoy the sports you like most: surfing, kite surfing, canoeing, jet skis, scuba diving, horseback riding, golf, hiking, etc.

The cabin has a spectacular view of Santander Bay and a quiet rural setting. This house has 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette with living room, a dining room with a very large table, a bathroom on the upper floor and a toilet on the lower floor and a kitchen equipped with: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. On the other hand, it has a pantry with a washing machine and a large porch that has a barbecue. It also has WiFi and a foosball table.

A nest in the mountains

Tucked on a wild fertile mountain a 400 year old barn was renovated by artists with natural materials. It is crooked, it is colourful, it is wild and will throw you in an another universe for the time of your stay. You have to be nimble on your feet as the tiny access path is crooked and on a slope, and even the floor in the house tilted. A full immersion in a new world for total disconnection.

The Tree House: Refugio Bellota

The tree house was born from our dream of building a magical space near the forest where we live! The house lives with a young oak tree, it is also in front of the large beech forest and you can hear the river that passes right in front. It is totally suspended in the abyss but its stability and firmness are surprising. Our idea is to enjoy it while sharing it with you.
