Designed and created with so much love, and with the hope that guests could immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with quick access to I-84. We are just 12 minutes to Gresham but have the feeling of being secluded. In the winter come for the wind and mother nature! The unit has a private entrance in the back lower level of our home. It includes a separate BR, living area w/ gas fireplace, dining table w full kitchen. We are out in the country and do have a few livestock including a miniature donkey, a sheep, a goat and chickens. The Bear's Den, studio with kitchen and pond/creek

Our wonderful guest house is a cozy studio with a queen bed, kitchen, sofa, and dining table in one large room. There is a bathroom with shower. This is a second floor apartment over the detached garage, we live in the main house next door. The property is very secluded well off the road with no other houses nearby and borders the National Forest. Enjoy the spring fed pond in the front yard, a hike along the Sandy river, or a 15 min drive to ski resorts.

*water pressure issue has been fixed! Niksen House is located just outside of Mt. Hood National Forest, 20 minutes from ski areas and an hour from Portland. The cabin is in a rural residential community and sits next to a 1/2 acre lot giving it an off-the-grid feel with all of the on-the-grid amenities. The Roost - Contemporary Rustic Cabin

Our cozy, pet-friendly cabin has been remodeled top to bottom. It has an open floor plan and will sleep 2 comfortably in the loft with fold outs below suitable for 2 singles. Sandy Ridge Trail is right around the corner, Wildwood Park is across the way, and Mt Hood is a short 15 minute drive. Close to some great Eats and Drinks. We recently added a clawfoot tub with on demand hot water for a lovely soak outdoors!
