The house sleeps 8, with 2 queen bedrooms & 1 bunk room that sleeps 4. The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. It's a cottage to be enjoyed by friends & family, in respect to neighbors and our home.

This is a private two bedroom one bathroom second floor suite in the owner occupied Tudor style Parker River House. Minutes from downtown Newburyport, the train to Boston, The Governor’s Academy and many outdoor recreational opportunities, the unit overlooks the Parker River and the Great Marsh. It offers a seasonal sleeping porch, a luxurious marble bathroom, large outside deck with a dining table, in unit laundry, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig. Private entrance and adjacent parking.

Dry basement with addl rec space. Full washer dryer. Stocked kitchen with major appliances: stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, Vitamix, and pod coffee maker. Sheets and bath linens provided.

Pretty Cottage on Plum Island, Newbury MA

It's steps to the beach and the reservation. It's private, cozy and clean a great little apartment for relaxing by the sea or touring the area. It's also a quick trip to Maine, New Hampshire and Boston. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to chirping birds. Located next to the Blue Inn. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and pet friendly (upon approval). Holiday rates are extra please inquire. There is a pet fee.

If the sounds of the ocean waves and the natural scent of the salt air is what you crave then look no further then our quiet cottage nestled in the sand dunes of Plum Island. We have great views of the protected dunes where you can experience beautiful sunrise and sunsets. We are lucky to have a very quiet location. There is almost no sound at night, just the sound of the ocean that will lull you to sleep and the wildlife off in the distance.
