Stenhaga - house by its own lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Family-friendly and scenic accommodation

The house is on the top of a hill, surrounded by forest and overlooking the lake. On the large terrace you enjoy sun all day. The large "forest room" gives the feeling of being in a tree house. The area is close to nature, quiet and child-friendly. The swimming area is close and you can take long walks in the forest. There is a possibility to rent a boat, canoe and buy a fishing license. The house is a good starting point for excursions to Astrid Lindgren's World, Glasriket, the old wooden town of Eksjö and several beautiful nature reserves.

Sjögård Annex

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Here you live peacefully in the heart of Småland with a magnificent view of Lake Tjurken. In the annex, there are 2 bedrooms. In the first bedroom, there is a double bed (90 cm x 2, can be separated into two single beds) and in the second bedroom, there is a 180-cm double bed. The kitchen is equipped with a small fridge as well as 2 hot plates as well as an oven. There is access to a private dock on the property. Boat with motor as well as 2 canoes are available for rent, including life jackets.

Cozy cottage right by the water

We rent out our summer cottage by Stensjön, about 10 km outside Nässjö. The cottage is located by Lake Nömmen and has its own dock and sandy beach. The cottage is perfect for a family or larger group as there are 6 beds. The cottage has a large living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There's also a loft with a sofa and TV. On the property, there is a separate guest house with a double bed and a bunk bed (not winterized). Sauna is available in the garden for those who want it.

Own rectory in Smålands Trädgård

During the Spring Festival, Smålands Trädgård offers food & inspiration. Welcome to Prästgården in Smålands Trädgård! A fantastic vicarage from the late 1800's. Pietetsfully renovated with stunning garden outside. The house has 8 bedrooms with a total of 16 beds, extra children's room with another 3 beds. 3 fully tiled bathrooms with shower and toilet, large dining room with room for 20 people, fully equipped kitchen, 2 dishwashers, 2 living rooms both with TV, 2 terraces and a large balcony, 2 fireplaces.

Here you feel a little bit transported back to the time of Astrid Lindgren's stories. Bullerby, Lönneberga and Astrid Lindgren's World are popular destinations. Fishing, hiking, mushroom and berry picking or canoeing on a big tour? There's always something to experience. The wooden town of Eksjö is only 15 km away. In the vicinity there are 3 different beautiful swimming areas and 150 meters from the house you can jump from the private jetty into the Emån River or get into the canoe.

Cabin near the lake

Welcome to Sandsjön. Here you live 250 meters from the beach with toilets and barbecue area. The cottage is 50 well-planned square meters and has a large plot of land and patio. During the early summer, the barbecue and outdoor furniture will be set out together with the trampoline and playhouse. For cozy evenings, there's also an ethanol fireplace that can be lit. Welcome to our pine cone This tree house is located in the beautiful Småland forest and offers a stay beyond the ordinary. It's intimate, simple and peaceful place. Here, as a guest, you sleep high up in the treetops and wake up to birdsong. Through the large windows, you can enjoy forest views as far as the eye can see. Here, you have the opportunity for maximum relaxation, but for those who want more activity, the accommodation is a good starting point for day trips.

Relax in this special and quiet space. In absolute tranquility (only about 11 houses on a peninsula), located directly on the lake, with a sauna and infrared sauna with a lake view, swimming, fishing, walking in the nearby forest – no Swedish dreams go unfulfilled here. Many nearby getaways also want to be explored by car. But only if you can tear yourself away from the fantastic lake view!
