Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.

Det tar ca.25 min med bil til stavanger og 25 min til preikestolen med bil. Ikke røyk og ingen kjæledyr. Kajakk kan lånes med forespørsel. Naust rett nedenfor leiligheten som en kan bruke. Bålpanne, bord og stoler er også i naust. Grill og hagemøbler tilhører leiligheten. 18 fot båt med 25 hk kan leies for kr 2000 i uken.
