The farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop in 2023 and 2025 and is a small attraction in its own right. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

This apartment is also only a 30 minute beautiful park walk from the heart of the city, if you prefer a walk. If you have a car, you can also leave it here for free. The apartment gives you easy access to trips to the Royal Park (15 min), the Pulpit, Stavanger / Sandnes center, and much more - all this while having a rural life.

The park of Sandved is a short 3 minute walk away, which leads to the city centre of Sandnes or to the lake of Stokkeland. The bedroom has a double bed, and the couch can be slept on, in addition to an inflatable mattress.

Approx. 15 min by car to Stavanger Forum Expo (ONS). There is also a bus close to the apartment, several of the local green buses "Kolumbus" pass by the ONS premises.
