Very close to Timrå ice rink, indoor bandy and soccer hall, cross-country skiing, and Timrå's new swimming hall. The accommodation is right next to beautiful Indalsälven. The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. By car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

Here you are close to the hiking trail (Pilgrimsleden goes outside the door), close to water (Ljungan) & our slalom slope Getberget. There you can go slalom skiing in the winter & have coffee or go rock climbing in the summer. In Fränsta, you will find one of Sweden's longest and oldest wooden bridges called Vikbron. Dessa går var 20 minut och det tar ca 15 min till Sundsvall centrum och stannar utanför Mitt universitetet på vägen. Har du bil så står du gratis på parkeringen som tillhör huset. Endast ca 1km från Matfors centrum där det finns butiker, restauranger etc. Stora altaner och trädgård för relax. Det går också utmärkt att fiska direkt från bryggan (det krävs fiskelicens om man är över 15 år) Endast 12 km till nedre Ljungans fina älvfiske (Lax, Havsöring , Harr m.m)
