Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Lunden - Cabin by the lake

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay overlooking Lake Lysevatten. Paddle a canoe, have a sauna evening and enjoy. A stage of the Bohusleden trail is nearby. In Stenungsund, on Tjörn and Orust, there are many excursion destinations. You can, for example, fish for crabs in the sea, take a boat to Åstol, visit Göksäter on Orust, hike the Bohusleden etc. Departure cleaning is done by the guest, checklist for cleaning and materials are provided in the cottage. It is possible to book departure cleaning, subject to time, at a cost of SEK 1,200.

The cottage consists of a living room with a seating area with a modern sofa for 2 people (140cm) In the attached annex, there are two single beds that can easily be put together to a double bed Swimming dock within 100 meters and nice beaches 700-1000 meters. The surroundings also offer nice walking paths in a beautiful environment. 2.5 km away is Stenungs Torg with 65 shops and all possible services. This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.

It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
