The house is located in an old residential area with about 1 km to the nearest municipal swimming area in Hakefjorden and 1 km to shopping center. Directly adjacent there are good municipal connections to Gothenburg and about 15 minutes drive to the nature reserve Svartedalen. You come easily by bus or car out to Tjörn and Orust if you want to experience the west coast at its best.

Fantastic nature and nice hiking trails are close by in Svartedalen nature reserve and Bohusleden. My place is right on the beach, in the middle of nature. Close to Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter airport, Gothenburg, Borås. You'll love my place because of the proximity to nature and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) .The cottage is about 30 square meters and associated sauna cabin with shower, toilet, and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Great opportunities for fishing, motorboat to hire!

Super nice farmhouse on the west coast

Accommodation in top condition, located about 5 km from Stenungsund city center. Walking distance to the sea. There are quiet small coves and a larger municipal swimming area overlooking Orust. Good transportation to Stenungsund square, which has all the services you can imagine, including nice restaurants by the sea. Excellent location for day trips such as Liseberg, Smögen and other west coast gems. Open nice areas on two floors.
