Pool is functional and crystal clear. Constantly maintained and well taken care of. 15 minutes to the trendy Boulevard of Asia. 10 minutes away from the village of Cerro Azul. You will get to experience memorable sunsets on the coast of the Pacific Ocean. Every now and then you can also spot Peruvian dolphins!

Beautiful house located in the Chinchyacamac condominium, new Pan-American Highway south km 202.4. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place with ocean views. Comfortable rooms, very close to the sea, with a beautiful swimming pool for adults and children. The house has 4 bedrooms. Two of them with full bathrooms, two grills, one on the first floor terrace (garden) and another on the second floor terrace. It has a TV in the dining room and a TV in the master bedroom. Hot water.

This is for 1 bedroom with 1 full bathroom, a living room with a smart TV and cable, a large swimming pool, and a game area with ping pong and foosball.
