Oceanfront Villa on Private Beach

@sihuasurfhouse sits on a private beach 5 mins from Mizata and Nawi Beach House. The beach is 100% sand, U-shaped and 7.5miles long perfect for horseback rides or long walks. Ideal for families looking for a spacious property to relax in privacy. There is a large charcoal grill (pick up charcoal on the way or purchase teak firewood at the property) as well as a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and serving ware for a large group (we do not provide oil, salt, sugar, coffee, spices etc).

The Forest Cabin (APANECA)

A stay located within a private and independent property, a safe place just entering Apaneca on the main road accessible to all the attractions of the area, it has 2 queen beds, 1 sofa bed, a living room, cable TV, wifi, bathroom with hot water, chalet-style kitchen equipped with microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven, kitchen, coffee maker and dishes. It also has an outside grill and terrace with wooden table, hammocks, swings and fire pit. *Staff in charge provides assistance.

Piemonte Casa - Style, Comfort, and Calm

Piemonte Casa, in Concepción de Ataco, brings to life a signature house, where architecture blends the traditional and modern in warm and sophisticated spaces, with lots of art and natural light. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms offer capacity for seven guests, making it ideal for small groups who like to share in privacy with maximum comfort. The open kitchen, the fireplace in the central room, and the terrace overlooking the mountains offer exquisite spaces to share.

Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets in this one of a kind countryside home! Nestled into a sloped site in the Cerro la Gloria property, this custom built house offers amazing views of the Tamanique valley, surrounding mountainous landscape and Pacific Ocean. Escape the busy city or take a break from the beach and come enjoy the natural environment! Please note a 4 x 4 vehicle is required to access the property. The house runs on solar power and can have limits.

Villa de Vientos, Your City Escape, Apt. 1

Villa de Vientos, in the heart of Apaneca, captivates at first sight with its spring interior garden in which three apartments converge. Independent, equipped to detail and with its own bathroom, all offer comfort, privacy and what you need to tune in to nature, the tranquility of the village and have a memorable stay. Apartment 1, with a bedroom and a multifunctional space with kitchen and dining room, accommodates 4 people, provides a sofa bed in the living room.

Relaxation and Sun

Cozy cabin inside the Las Veraneras Condominium, with a small private pool on the premises. The cabin has a large green area with hammocks and a small barbecue. The place is ideal for a family or a group of friends. Please note that I no longer offer access to the large pool beach club or restaurant. Beach access is private, with prior identification. It is two blocks away, and you can take your drinks there. Thank you.
