Enjoy a small ocean-view apartment. It has a spacious room with a 160 cm bed and large wardrobe, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen living room, with 140 cm sofa bed. NEWLY REMODELED. Everything to be brand new. NO Pets allowed. It also has heating. The apartment has TV, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, towels all kinds of household items and washing machine. It is a third party without an elevator. Just 10' from the airport. Beach a 5' walk.

Beautiful 2 floor Villa for 10 people, only 350 metres (4 minutes walking) from the wonderful beach of Rodiles (and the nearby quiet beach of Misiego), with a big jacuzzi, for 3 people, and a breathtaking view over the Villaviciosa ria (Natural reserve estuary). The house ir very well equipped and the garden has fruit trees and places to rest. A lot of equipment for water sports is available. Very good heater system.
