Our comfortable 2 bedroom apartment has the perfect location at the edge of the old town - close enough that all the city is right on your doorstep (4 mins walk to the cathedral & city hall). It has a gorgeous terrace that catches the morning sun, wifi, central heating & a smart TV. There's no elevator but it's only half a flight of stairs (8 steps) from street level. We have a large parking space (fits even vans) available for free for guest use just a 3 minute walk from the apartment.

Studio apartment located on a plot of about 2700 m2, which it shares with three other apartments and one more where Juanjo lives alone, who maintains the apartments, gardens, and swimming pool in proper condition daily. It is located in the middle of nature in a village of 15 houses called Paderni and is only 4.5 km from downtown Oviedo. A fantastic pool to enjoy in the summer. Spectacular views in a very special place. It has all the equipment for a perfect vacation.

Tranquillity is assured as it is a quiet community. 7 minutes from the train/bus station. 15 minutes from Asturias airport. Very good communication available by bus, train, plane and electric cars for rent by the minute (Himobility and Guppy). 10 min from Salinas beach and 17 min from Xago beach. It is only 25 km from Gijón and 27 km from Oviedo.

A charming little house in a good location to explore the Asturian coast. Recently renovated, with a fireplace. Quiet area but good connection by national road and highway. A 10-minute drive to Los Quebrantos beach, 20 minutes to the magnificent Salinas beach as well as Avilés, 30 minutes to Gijón or Oviedo. Supermarkets available a few minutes drive away in Soto del Barco and San Juan de la Arena. Ideal for a couple.
