A un minuto andando de la playa principal de San José. Gran terraza individual en la azotea, con vistas panorámicas, se oyen las olas y los pájaros. Cocina y baño nuevos, camas y muebles nuevos, menaje completo. Al lado del Paseo Marítimo, restaurantes y supermercado. Acceso individual con 6 escalones.
