Apartamento reformado recientemente, muy buena ubicación, a tan solo 1 parada de la estación de tren ATOCHA y 2 paradas de la estación de tren SOL. Centro Comercial, supermercados, bares, tiendas. Sitúado en un barrio obrero de Madrid. Ver maps Apartamento con calefacción y aire acondicionado. Está prohibido fumar y hacer fiestas, es mi vivienda habitual por lo que hay que respetar las normas básicas de convivencia y no molestar a los vecinos. La llave se entregara en persona, no hay otra forma.
