NiU is our cozy little nest in Samedan, next to the top-quality cross-country ski trails and all the famous ski slopes of the St. Moritz area. With two fully equipped desks, it’s the perfect spot for a longer stay and the ideal workstation. Supermarkets and ski rentals are within walking distance. We’re happy to let others use it when we’re not around, embracing the true spirit of Airbnb. It’s easy to get here by train (5 min walk), car, or even private jet if you’re feeling fancy. 🤭

Cozy and bright studio apartment equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay in Engadin. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny area and is distinguished by its warm and well-finished style. It is a five-minute walk from the Marguns ski lifts, which lead to the St. Moriz ski area. Both in summer and winter, it is the perfect base for walks and sports activities (cross-country skiing, ice skating, cycling, tennis, golf, fishing) in the region.

The spacious studio overlooking the Engadine Alpine panorama is located on a slope in Samedan. - Bus station, train station, village ski lift, thermal bath and shopping are a 10-minute walk away. The apartment was built in 2022 in a modern style: - It has a small kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. - Use of the fireplace, an outdoor seating area and a garage space are included. - Storage for skis and sports equipment in the basement.

Charming newly renovated studio

Spend a wonderful vacation in beautiful Puschlav. Our studio is located in the countryside and can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. In a few minutes you can reach the village center of Poschiavo. Le Prese is also very close, where you can stroll comfortably by the lake. Or you can take the Bernina Express, which takes you over the circular viaduct of Brusio (UNESCO World Heritage Site) to Tirano.

Chesa Orlandi “Niculin” No. 1

Directly behind the main entrance on the right is the cozy bedroom with friendly light. It has two authentic wooden beds of a 1.90 m length with foot. After the room there is the possibility to accommodate two more people in two separate beds. The bathroom and kitchen are on the corridor outside the room. Please note that the aisle is also used by other guests as a passageway.

Esan & Mezzaun: 2.5 room apartment with a view

Cozy and quiet 2.5 room basement apartment with modern cottage charm and beautiful views. 1 bedroom, 1 living room with dining area and open kitchen as well as bathroom with bathtub incl. shower wall. The apartment was partially renovated in 2019 and the bathroom and kitchen were redone in 2024.

The fully equipped apartment provides wonderful accommodation for 1-3 persons incl. parking, WIFI, cable TV. It is centrally located in St. Moritz Dorf with all amenities such as supermarket, bakery and skiing slopes within short walking distance.
