Beautiful 2021 villa of 160 square meters with independent studio. Two bedrooms plus one in the studio. full kitchen. new construction, contemporary style located 100 meters from the beach in a very quiet area not far from shops and restaurants tastefully furnished and equipped wifi,alarm,A/C,Netflix garage,security camera that the tenant can turn off. wifi and water including electricity at the customer's expense. rechargeable meter. 3 and a half km from the city center.

the villa is located in front of the hostel Africa Thiosane, behind the City of Children ALEFS. the house is secured by a Cheir caretaker who accommodates independently of the villa. He is very kind and speaks French very well. He will welcome you. Babacar,our driver,will be at your disposal (if you wish)for all your airport transfers as well as for all your trips. Louise,the housekeeper,will be at your service for cleaning, laundry and cooking .
