Set within the rolling hills of Aveyron the property provides comfortable accommodation for 6 people. With its own large garden and sun terrace with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. There is a large heated private pool open during the Summer months. The bright and airy accommodation has an open plan living/dining area with three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A great starting point for hiking and cycling. Villefranche with all its amenities is less than 15 minutes drive away.

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

L'Alrance del traouc

L'Alrance is one of our two accommodations located in the popular area known as the Château de Bozouls, above the canyon (geological curiosity 400 m in diameter and 100 m deep). The Bozouls Hole is an atypical natural horseshoe-shaped cirque. This meander was born from the L'Alrance and Dourdou rivers. Our accommodation is an architectural creation in wooden frame, metal cladding and dry stone gables. It is part of a site classified as a sensitive natural area.

Our cottage for 4 people is ideal for your vacation in the countryside, located in a hamlet 1.5 km from the village with shops, adjoining the owners' house It has all the comforts (dishwasher, washing machine...), a beautiful terrace with plancha. It has an indoor pool heated all year round 17 km from Rodez, its historic center and the Soulages Museum, the cottage is perfectly located to explore Aveyron and its many typical villages such as Belcastel, Conques.
