Self contained annexe in peaceful & rural location
Down a little no through lane this self contained annexe to our house is on the Monarch's Way in a quiet, rural position just 3 miles from the cathedral city of Salisbury. The River Bourne runs close by. The ground floor annexe has a modern but peaceful bedroom with en-suite shower, separate kitchen/living area with double doors on to the patio & a sitting room with sofa bed. Parking for one or two cars. Convenient for anyone working at Porton Down & is 10 minutes from Salisbury by car.

The Studio
Located in Salisbury, a pretty, private guest house in lovely garden setting. Own entrance at the side of the house. Enjoy a six minute walk into town, shabby chic interior, quiet area with tea, coffee and biscuits. **Please note that check-in is from 5:30pm Monday to Friday not 5:00pm as stated. **Please know that we are a NON-SMOKING space, no smoking inside the studio or out in the garden. Please be aware that there is NO parking at the Studio, but there are parking options nearby.

It is very clean and comfortable and presented simply and stylishly. There is a south-facing back garden with seating area. On street parking isn't a problem and a visitor's permit will be provided. Salisbury is an historic small city with a world famous cathedral, shops, cafes and a museum. Stonehenge is just 4 miles away.

Just 5 minutes from Fisherton Street with it's many restaurants and the Playhouse, a 7 minute walk from the railway station and an easy 15 minute walk to the City's Market Square and Cathedral Close and all the city centre amenities. Waitrose and Sainsbury's supermarkets are both within walking distance as are a fine array of take away outlets.

A beautiful self contained end of terraced private house approx a 10-15 minute walk into Salisbury city centre, the cathedral and a very short walk from the train station. A 5 minute walk to the local supermarket Waitrose and other stores. Round the corner you can access the meadows which is a pleasant place for walking, from here you can walk all the way up to old Sarum. Stonehenge is approx a 15 min drive. There is parking at the rear of the property for 2 cars back to back.

Cosy self-contained Garden Annexe
Newly redecorated for 2025! From free off street parking at the front of our house the Annexe is accessed by a gate and passageway, discreetly nestled in our pretty garden. It is a perfect getaway for up to 4 guests. It has an open plan lounge with well equipped kitchen area, double bedroom plus a shower room/toilet. Salisbury City Centre is a 30 min walk or quick drive and has regular buses. Great Base for Stonehenge, Salisbury Cathedral, Old Sarum, Longleat and the New Forest.

Sleek and cozy 2 bedroom house with a parking space. The kitchen and the lounge are located on the ground floor. The lounge features a 75 inch smart TV, sofa (sofa bed) with soft blanket and cushions so you can sit back relax and enjoy Netflix. The kitchen has everything you’ll need and leads onto a nice outdoor patio! On the first floor, we have two bedrooms and a washroom. The newly renovated washroom contains adjustable power shower for sitting or standing power shower.

A cosy and modern city retreat in the beautiful Cathedral City of Salisbury. The Annexe is a light and airy open plan space set over 2 floors in a great location, just a 15 minute walk to the city centre. The Annexe is completely self contained with its own private entrance, a small patio area & FREE OFF ROAD PARKING that's right next to the property. It is an ideal base from which to explore Salisbury and the surrounding areas.

The Mangle was once part of the Salisbury Steam Laundry. We are situated in the Eastern Chequers of the city, within a short walk of the Cathedral, Market square (Saturday market), Theatre, Arts Centre, Everyman cinema and Train station. There is a secure parking space for guests and use of gym (at guest’s risk). Unfortunately we cannot accommodate babies or children.
