Our comfortable accessory apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the beach or to the center of the Salisbury Beach business district where guests can enjoy a stroll on the newly refurbished boardwalk or visit the shops, arcades or view fireworks every Saturday night in the summer. Guests may walk to the Blue Ocean Music Hall or take a quick 2 mile drive or bike ride into the State Reservation, to our favorite place to spot seals at low tide. There are also facilities, beach and a playground.

A nautical look and feel is what this coastal home away from home offers. A detached from the main house in-law apartment is the perfect get away. Located directly on the water, on an estuary called Spinney Creek, part of the Piscataqua River. Bring your kayak, fishing rod, or sit back enjoy a cold beverage and watch the sunsets by the fire pit. Best water views ever. It is 1.5 miles to downtown Portsmouth, NH and less then 1 mile to the beautiful rejuvenated downtown Kittery.

Gorgeous 4 bedroom beach house. Perfect location!

gorgeous beach house with 4 bedrooms, two living-rooms, huge sun porch with french doors, den, large dining area and granite/stainless kitchen ! 1 and 1/2 bath, WD, 3 flat screens, gleaming hardwood through out, large deck with grill, dining area and sand box out back. Walk out the back door between two houses to the private gorgeous beach (no public, residents only). Walk to the center/restaurants. We have bikes and beach chairs! This home takes all your stress away!
