Located just 2 minutes from Provins and 7 minutes from the historic center of the city and its incredible monuments, La Cabane de Martin is the perfect place to spend a few days surrounded by nature and my wonderful animals. Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* listed cottage. The cottage Ô Lunain, 40 m2 house located in Nonville , village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Haven of peace in property of 4 hectares of garden, woods with river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

Charming independent studio with fireplace, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard. Located between the Fontainebleau Forest hiking trails and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

Studio of about 40 m2 located in an old farmhouse and quiet in the municipality of Champigny (in the center of the Sens Provins and Fontainebleau triangle) This one is ideal for 4 people who want to visit the Yonne or are just passing through. it has a sleeping area with a double bed but also a real sofa bed! its equipped kitchen will allow you to cook there independently. All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. Everything is functional, there is just the floor that is not accessible. Cottage located in a private residence with a large lake ideal for swimming and fishing. The Bidou

Studio created in semi-buried basement made of reclaimed materials and a new sofa bed and also a dry toilet for ecological purposes. Quiet thanks to its insulation despite a nearby railway. As a foster family for abandoned animals, our 4-legged friends are of course welcome. However, we prefer that they do not remain alone in an unknown environment to avoid any damage. We've put a lot of time and money into offering you a cozy little nest.

Enjoy peace and quiet in our fully-equipped tiny house. A bakery, a post office, a bar and a supermarket are available at La Grande-Paroisse (3 min by car). Places nearby: - Fontainebleau forest (climbing, hiking...) - A leisure park - Most famous castles of Seine-et-Marne (Fontainebleau, Vaux-le-Vicomte, Blandy-les-tours...) - Must see places to visit (Provins, Moret-sur-Loing, Barbizon...) Paris or Disneyland is ~1 hour away!

At the confluence of the Seine and the Yonne, enjoy walks along the waterfront. The city is also known for being the site of a Napoleonic battle.

Near Nangis 10 minutes away (sugar factory, Total refinery), Montereau(15 minutes), Provins (20 minutes) and Melun (20 minutes), Fontainebleau (30 minutes). Transilien line P to Nangis 10 minutes away. A5 motorway, Forges exit 10 minutes away.
