Espectacular vista al mar. Hermosa playa. Departamento amoblado de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños. Aire Acondicionado, comedor, sala con sofá y Tv, internet, refrigeradora, cocina completa, tostadora, licuadora, horno micro hondas, cafetera, ventiladores, balcón con bonita vista al mar, piscina para niños, piscina para adultos. Estamos en el sector de la Milina. El condominio se llama Torre Oceánica y estamos a 1 cuadra de la Hostería el Faro y 4 cuadras del Supermaxi.

Best Location, Nice View, Beautiful Beach

One block away from entrance to la Chocolatera, one block away from the towers "punta pacifico", with Sea View in Salinas-Chipipe with the most beautiful beach of the Peninsula. Fully furnished, a/c in living room and bedrooms, WIFI and Smart TV. The apartment comes along with a stand-up paddle board, a surfboard (long board) and a boxing bag with gloves. The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) and has no elevator.
