We have lovingly renovated our house from 1608. At the very top under the roof is the studio, with stunning views. The garden with fireplace can also be used. Sports equipment such as paddleboards are also included. A motorboat and our private sauna can be used for a fee. Welcome to the small, fine studio overlooking the lake and in the wildly romantic garden, a few steps from the shore of Lake Constance with its inviting swimming spots. In the same house there is a flower shop with café, shopping, beach, train station and harbor are within walking distance and the lake bike path leads past the house. Two bikes are available to explore the beautiful area.

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.
