The Historic Haunted Dairy Coach House (Sept/Oct)

During Sept/Oct we embrace local folklore and turn into the haunted dairy coach house ( enjoy our many creepy antiques) Centrally located in the sleepy town of Colton just minutes away from prime hunting and fishing and just a stones throw away from the biggest city in the state. The cabin sits on the same property as Tellberg's Gym LLC, which guests will also have access to. Forget some essentials for your trip? We are close to retailers. Need a bite to eat? There are several nearby places.

Derecho House- Room for Trailers and Motorcycles

Stay in a “barndominium”. The Derecho House is a private living quarter within a shed. Room for trailers and hunter’s welcome. Dogs allowed for extra fee & rules. It was rebuilt after it was completely destroyed by a Derecho in 2022. Enjoy a cozy living area with two tv’s, WiFi and streaming. Full kitchen. Private bedroom with a sliding barn door. Enjoy the wide open spaces and sounds of nature on a private patio with an overhang. Close to I-90 for easy access to Sioux Falls and Mitchell.

This 1,488 ft², 2+ Bed 2 Bath ranch with business suite accommodates 5 guests and is located in the coveted southside in a quiet neighborhood. Master has a king bed, bath, and walk-in closet. 2nd Bed has king bed. 3rd room has a twin bed and is equipped with desk and, high-speed Wi-Fi. The living room and kitchen with TV, gas fireplace. 2 stall garage. Deck with outdoor eating. Fenced backyard. Dogs welcome here! There is a $50/day charge for 5th guest and one-time $30 pet charge/stay.

I put in a lot of effort to keep this space clean so that your stay is as comfortable as possible! Two miles from I 90. We have a large property with lots of parking space.

Enjoy a cup of coffee on the wraparound deck, a propane fire on the mid-level deck and a dip in the hot tub at ground-level. Welcome, everyone! Our home, built in 1925, is located in the heart of the historical area of downtown Mitchell. It is situated next to the World’s Only Corn Palace and includes off-street parking for two vehicles. We love attending events at the Corn Palace because we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot; we can simply walk! The cottage has a kitchen with full size fridge and full bath with an oversized shower. It is set up as a studio living space with areas connected. Front window views are of a beautiful open lot with trees. This lot is available to guests for their use.
