New bathroom and toilet, kitchen, underfloor heating and two lovely bedrooms. The house overlooks the fjord, field and forest on a large natural plot including herb and sensory garden. The old barn building, with large glass sections, is directly adjacent to the herb garden. The building has been converted into a studio with room for 6 dining guests.

Just 10 km to Knuthenborg Safari park and 5 km to Krenkerup Gods with Bryggeri-Traktørsted. Only 24 km. to Krokodille Zoo and 30 km to the Fehmarnbelt tunnel. We live 45 km from the southernmost point of Denmark Sydstenen in Gedser. Stone sculptures with music Dodekalitten in Kragenæs just 27 km away, where it is also possible to take the ferries to the islands of Fejø, Femø and Askø.
