Airport 30 minutes, beaches 40 minutes, circuses 1 to 2 hours. Golf, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, greengrocer, fishmonger, church, park 5 minutes away.

Located in a private property, this apartment is fully equipped: air conditioning, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge, oven, TV, Wii-U (4 controllers) and Wi-Fi. Free and exclusive access to the pool (you will be the only ones to use it), but note that it is not heated. Close to the airport (15-minute drive) it makes it an ideal base both: for your arrival on the island, to organize your stay; and, for the day before your departure.

Located right in the heart of the East. Our charming house therefore furnishes 1 bedroom 2 beds, and a large family room of 3 to 4 beds, a large veranda open to the direct and private pool. The house is ideally located close to all amenities: pharmacy, bakery, restaurant, supermarket, sports stadium. Equipment (microwave, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, garden area, barbecue.) Linens, towels and sheets are provided.

The studio with its independent entrance is adjacent to our house, in a quiet cul-de-sac very close to the city center. Guests can freely enjoy the swimming pool and terrace where we will be happy to meet you. You will have the essentials for breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, jam, butter) and the essentials for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...). Less than 100 m away you will find a bakery and a convenience store.

Studio adjoining Klébert and Laurence's house with private terrace. Located in Ste Suzanne (20 minutes from the airport) Shared but unheated pool. From June to September, during the Southern Hemisphere's winter, the water temperature is 22° (72°F). Accessible from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. We will welcome you to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We are hiking enthusiasts and can give you advice if you like.

This rental is located close to all amenities, in a very quiet area and close to the inhabitant. ROLAND GARROS Airport is 20 minutes away. The 24 m2 studio + its 16 m2 patio is nestled on the heights of Saint-Denis at 200 m altitude, in a quiet and peaceful environment. The studio is adjoining the main residence and another outbuilding rented on Airbnb. The swimming pool and deckchairs are shared with the other tenants and ourselves. You will be halfway between the airport and the city center of Saint-Denis (6 km/15 minutes).

LE CLOS DE VAL – BUNGALOW WITH HEATED POOL – SEA VIEW

Claude and Valérie will be happy to welcome you to Clos de Val, in a nice, very bright, totally independent 28 m² studio-type bungalow with a beautiful sea view. Guests can take advantage of their own veranda and shared spaces: the beautifully wooded garden, the heated pool, the hammock and the deckchairs at your disposal. (Shared spaces such as the pool are accessible to tenants only).

You will have private bathrooms, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, air conditioning, an outdoor kitchen, and exclusive access to the pool. Secure parking in the enclosed garden, for a small car.

The Brises bungalow

We rent an independent studio, located in our garden. You are also welcome on the covered terrace of our house, which houses a table as well as an outdoor lounge. You have free access to our (unheated) swimming pool and deckchairs as well as the entire garden. It's a perfect spot to enjoy the sea views, or the sunset, in peace, and without a view from the opposite side!
