Very nice and new 1-bedroom seaside apt in St Leu

Bonjour ! We are renting a sunny high standing apartment by the sea — new and well equipped. It is located in Saint Leu in a small seaside residence, new and secure, along the « Route des Plages » with easy access to the main highway. There is a beach 50 meters away and many activities within walking distance: swimming in the lagoon, paragliding, Kelonia turtle sanctuary… The apartment comes with its secured parking spot, and a bus stop in front of the residence allows you go around the coast.

Charming accommodation with heated pool

On the west coast between sea and mountain, in a large lush tropical garden overlooking the ocean, nature accommodation with independent entrance for 2 people. Dry toilet and outdoor shower under the giant papyrus. You can prepare your meals and eat in the kitchen in the middle of the vegetation, on the terrace with sea views... or elsewhere in the garden. Very quiet neighborhood. We rent our electric bikes. Loan of 2 pairs of fins-mask-snorkel and various board games.

Guests can take advantage of the private heated swimming pool (May to mid-November) at your convenience as it is dedicated exclusively to this accommodation. The hut is quietly located, its garden is very well appointed and the two terraces allow you to enjoy good privacy. What is particularly nice is the dominant view of the ocean and the bay of St Leu. You will also appreciate the quick access to the Route des Tamarins, the main road in western Reunion.
