This charming 46 m2 house/apartment, freshly renovated is in the historic heart of St Martin (18th century building). Ideally located, a short walk to the port, market and shops. 50 m² single-storey studio located 400 m from the beach and 350 m from shops, perfect for a relaxing stay. Thanks to its ideal location, you can walk to all amenities (markets, bakery, press, etc.). Rated 3* for two people, the studio can accommodate 4 people. It has a furnished terrace on the south side overlooking an enclosed garden. Possibility to enter one or two cars. A bike shelter is accessible.

House with panoramic sea view

The house is located facing the sea and facing south. Beach access is direct through the garden. Ideal for family vacations, it is very well equipped with a ping pong table, barbecue and even a piano! On the ground floor: 3 beautiful bedrooms including one with a private bathroom and a children's bedroom upstairs! Shops and the market are a few minutes' walk away.

New T1 with courtyard between port and beach

Very nice T1 of 31m2, fully renovated in June 2021, on the ground floor of a quiet residence, 300m from the centre and 300m from the beach. All comforts with large-screen TV, Canal+, fully-equipped kitchen, 160cm sofa bed with 18cm mattress, private south-facing courtyard of 15m2 with dining area, sun loungers, plants, etc. Bikes (not new but serviced) provided.

The Chauveau Lighthouse

Accommodation built in summer 2020, fully equipped, between Sainte Marie and La Noue, it is perfectly located. Easy to park, Carrefour Contact is only 200 m away for shopping, 10 minutes' walk to the beach. This is the perfect place for your short and long stays in Sainte Marie! I always provide bed sheets and towels. A key box is available for self check-in.

You will appreciate this small house for comfort, exceptional ocean views, and enjoy its small wooded garden, calm and serenity. My accommodation is close to the classified site of the Abbey of Castles, 1.5 km from the center of the village of La Flette and is ideal for couples or small families looking for rest.
