You will be awakened by the birdsong while being close to the N10 (1 min by car) and 3 min from the city centre (by car) or 5 min by bus. Close to all shops (convenience store, bakery, tobacco and pharmacy).

This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.
