Walk to beach, near Eden Project and Fowey

Nestled in a pretty, friendly village 3 miles from Fowey is our well equipped and homely Cornish miners cottage dating from 1860, under a mile from the beach and just a 10 minute drive to The Eden Project. Pebble Cottage is located on a quiet no-through lane (The Saints Way) which leads to open countryside one way and towards the beach and coastal path the other. There is central heating, a private parking space and fully enclosed, flat, sunny courtyard garden (no steps!) with seating and BBQ.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Primrose Cottage is a truly charming home balancing style and character whilst not compromising on comfort. It is beautifully furnished throughout with so much attention to detail. In the living and dining room the exposed beams and stone walls, along with the wonderful fire place offer a cosy space to relax and dine in. Gorgeous Cornish cottage in picturesque village

This unique place has a style all of it’s own. One of the oldest houses in the village of Golant. A true secret spot. The Fishermans Arms Pub is only 30 yards away down by the water’s edge. Fowey is a short 10 min drive or you can walk along the path by the estuary. This is a 3 mile, scenic walk which is the final part of the incredible Padstow to Fowey Saint’s Way. In Fowey you will find some wonderful independent shops and eateries and can also enjoy a swim at Ready Money Cove.
