It consists of a small reading area with harbor views, continues with a large living room consisting of an equipped kitchen, dining table and brand new sofa bed. A separate bedroom is at your disposal. As well as a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Free parking is available in front of the door. The property is located a 5-minute walk from all shops and the beach.

The apartment, on the second and third floor of a house, enjoys a magnificent view of the port, fairway, lighthouse and sea.
