Close to wild beaches and the forest, 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike through the marsh roads but also Noirmoutier and shops.

The 4-season SPA is a holiday home located between the sea and the countryside, in a quiet area; totally independent and not overlooked (45 m²). It has been designed, furnished and equipped to ensure you have a comfortable and stress-free stay. Here, you can discover the authenticity of the Pays de Retz, a few steps from the major tourist sites of the area by discovering 4 seasons full of charm.

This house faces the sea and the beach with magnificent views. Ideal for weekends with friends or family but also for a week's vacation. It has all the comforts and also a beautiful soul. There is a wood-burning stove in the 60 m2 living room located upstairs and served by a staircase. In the 3 bedrooms downstairs, there are 160 beds with duvets and in the dormitory 2 beds of 140 and 1 of 160 with duvets. The dormitory is independent but it has a bathroom with toilet.
