Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Ideally located, our house is only: - 100 m from Petite Plage - 3 min by bike to the market and shops, 4 min to the Port - 10 min by bike to the most beautiful beaches of Oléron: Gatseau, Grande Plage Spacious and comfortable, with a fireplace, it has a large 45 m2 living room with new ultra-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms. new accommodation, quiet, south-facing, located in a typical village and close to a bike path. 10 min from the center of the castle and 15 min from the large west coast beach for its many surf spots and forest. The citadel and artists' huts at the Château d'Oléron with the largest covered market on the island on Sunday mornings. WiFi or fiber connection, RJ45 socket. Our lodge is attached to our main accommodation. You have your own entrance and the garden is well defined and not overlooked

Oléronaise house in the heart of St Trojan

Location pour deux voyageurs minimum. Dans le salon, canapé lit disponible se dépliant sur des mousses pour deux enfants. La maison est située dans un endroit calme et libre de toute circulation motorisée. Elle est de type Oléronais et complètement rénovée. Une dizaine de mètres la sépare de la rue commerçante. J'accueillerai personnellement les voyageurs pour la visite et l'état des lieux. En mon absence, une personne de confiance me remplacera.
