Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

The oasis Remarkable house

Exclusive villa, one of a kind on Oléron. Typical of the first development of seaside resorts, of which Saint Trojan is the best example. It is also classified as \'remarkable\' by the Abf. It has just been completely renovated while respecting its original spirit. With an area of 130m², it contains 5 bedrooms, including 1 with a 140cm bed, 2 with 160cm beds and 4 single beds. A large open kitchen with dining room, a large living room and a ground floor bedroom. The others are upstairs.
