Situated just out side of the picturesque village of St Teath. Byghan Barn offers a rural retreat away from the crowds. Stunning sunset followed by the stars looking down on our little barn. Perfectly for accessing the North Coast of Cornwall. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the barn. This is due to a dog causing damage to our property and inconvenience to our guests until the damage could be repaired. We do offer doggy day care for an additional fee if booked with plenty of notice.

Completely self contained recently converted annex attached to owners barn, with private garden and driveway. Set in a rural location on our smallholding just a mile outside St Teath, with excellent access to the North Cornwall Coast and Bodmin Moor. This is a very convenient location for visiting many of Cornwall's attractions as Polzeath, Rock, Port Isaac, Tintagel, Boscastle St Breward and Blisland are all within a 20 minute drive. Lots of information on things to do and see.

Sunnyside is a 300 year old Cob cottage which has been sympathetically renovated to retain its wonderful character whilst using modern, top quality furnishings and decor to enhance its appeal and comfort. The 2 double bedrooms are serviced by a 'Jack and Jill ' designed shower/toilet room. There is also a second toilet downstairs in the utility room. The cottage boasts 2 woodburners. The village has a great pub and a cafe, within just a hundred yards of the cottage.
