Cozy Studio Tussen de Wijngaarden

Our cosy studio is located in a converted barn on the border between the Charente Maritime and Gironde departments. The studio has all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable seats, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days there is a fireplace. There is WiFi and you can park your car with us. And outside lies your own terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

The 38 m2 cottage has a very large terrace. Chairs and table outside, deckchairs available. Gas barbecue. For 3 or 4 people, opening of a connecting bedroom (20 m2) with a 160 x 200 bed. The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Cabin built mainly with recycled materials on the small island of our pond. Comfortable interior layout, suitable for both short and long stays. Located on the St Genis/Jonzac road 8 minutes from Jonzac (12 km), spa town. 35 minutes from Saintes (32 km), 50 minutes from Royan (45 km) (seaside town) and 1 hour from Bordeaux (84 km). Linen kit available at an extra cost, including bed, bathroom and kitchen linens. Baby kit available on request.
