This house (LA MAISON DES IRIS) offers you an extraordinary location in Southern Burgundy on the border with the Beaujolais. With direct access to world-class wines, beautiful landscapes, rich history and beautiful places. All this within cycling distance of famous wine villages such as Solutré-Pouilly, Fuissé, Saint-Vérand, Vergisson and picturesque villages such as Milly Lamartine, La Roche Vineuse, Verzé. In June, July and August, the house is only rented from Saturday to Saturday.

You have a small private balcony overlooking our garden, with beautiful views of the vineyards and the church of Pruzilly. We are conveniently located for hiking and enjoying the attractions of the Beaujolais region.

Our cottage was partly renovated by us to make it a welcoming and relaxing place. This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the grapes, from this time there remains the screw of the press which proudly stands in the center of the living room. The charm of the old meets the comfort of modern materials, we hope you will find in this place a haven of peace to recharge your batteries. Our small hamlet is located in the Burgundian countryside. On the ground floor of our house at the edge of the forest, 2 independent cottages, one for 4 and the other for 2 people. Guests can enjoy a swimming pool and spa (for a fee) please let us know the day before to heat it up. The house is not overlooked and is surrounded by nature but still 10 minutes from all amenities.
