Very well located chalet, western region ideal climate all year round. Very nice sea view. Located less than 10 minutes from the beaches of St-Leu, Hermitage, La Saline, Trou d 'eau, Etang-Salé. 10 minutes from a shopping center, immediate access highway (Tamarind Road), 5 minutes from kelonia (turtle farm), mascarin botanical garden, Stella matutina museum, paragliding. From the varangue, one can observe magnificent sunsets and the overflight of paragliders.

Piton is a 15 mm walk from our home, where you'll find Creole cuisine, takeaway food, supermarkets, etc. The house is made of wood, well insulated, airy, quiet, situated on a country road, surrounded by birds of the field, coconut trees and houses. The view of the sea and the sunset are breathtaking from the terrace as you sip a local p "ti rhum. What a delight!
