70m apartment located in the heart of the newly classified Unesco volcano park. The apartment is located 50m from the shops and 200m from the church of Saint Nectaire. Without going back to the car, you can discover the church, the petrifying fountains, the caves, the house of the saint nectary, tree climbing or hiking. For the summer, you are 5 minutes by car from Lake Chambon and for the winter 20 minutes from the ski slopes.

On the side of the house, on the ground floor, there is a very well located, independent and very well equipped apartment. I can also, if necessary, make my garage available to you.
