Very nice 2-room apartment with balconies in the hyper center

In the hyper center, very nice apartment T2, 37 m² on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located close to the thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. All facing south and west opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama from Sancy to Puy de Gros. IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.

Beautiful view of the Auvergne mountains.

The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The SUPER-MURAT residence is located 1200 m surrounded by nature in a nice green setting, very quiet. From the balcony of your duplex you will have a view of the SANCY mountain range. You will be close to a body of water and the starting point for many hiking and cross-country skiing trails.
