Newquay is 8 miles south and Newquay Airport only about 6 miles. The coastal path links all the way from Padstow to Newquay past our 7 local beaches. All the beaches offer great surf potential in particular conditions and there is great fishing from the rocks or beaches

The kitchen is spacious, well equipped and a perfect place to entertain around a centre island. The lounge has two large sofas, smartTV and log burning fireplace. Sliding doors open up onto the patio. Each bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is upstairs. It features a king-sized bed with access onto a balcony for fabulous views. The driveway parks 2-3 cars.

This unique studio flat is set in an apartment complex within large gardens. It is a short walk to the Cornish Arms pub and the village of St Merryn. Padstow and the many beautiful beaches known as 'the Seven Bays' are all a short drive away. This apartment has undergone a recent renovation. Tressa is a brand new shepherds hut located in the heart of st Merryn and a short drive from the beautiful seven bays. Consisting of a cosy one double bedroom with a small kitchen area and shower room. Sited in our garden the main access is shared with our other properties Demelza and Lowenna but we have made a lovely cosy area exclusively for Tressa. There is an outdoor patio and small sheltered eating area. Plus a small garden with reclining chairs, a lovely sun trap!
