Less than a 3-minute drive and a 10-minute walk away, you can play at the Grand-Mère Golf Club, walk to the Parc de la Rivière, watch a show at the Maison de la Culture Francis-Brisson or use the bike path from the loft.

Behind a small grove, the bungalow is discreetly located behind a notary office. with two mini-service centers 1-2 min. walking distance. The little gazebo that dresses the front door gives the impression that a stop time is necessary. A short walk will get you to a small park that encourages you to take a meditative walk. Everything in the bungalow is new, you get a workspace, free parking, an outdoor electrical outlet, smart TV and 5G wifi., desk.
