A property on a wooded park of 5000 m2 - parking 750 m² enclosed and secure - swimming pool - ideal family stay, meeting Ent. Isolated 50 m² barn for meeting, eating together, heated, lit - refrigerators - (rent 300 euros extra/day). Music not accepted because of nearby neighborhood (site not suitable for loud parties).

Langon Center House

Enjoy a stylish, bright and central 60 m2 accommodation with a 20 m2 outdoor terrace. Completely renovated, it is comfortable and in a good location. It consists of a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker... The city center, its shops and restaurants are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes Train station is a 10-minute walk away. The highway exit is a 3-minute drive.

Semi-detached studio

With an area of 32 m2, this accommodation adjoining our house, has a large living room with a 2-seater bed area, a fully equipped kitchenette with fridge as well as a private bathroom area. (Air-conditioned studio) A 2500 m2 garden with a swimming pool will be accessible to you. The village of Castets-et-Castillon is a 5-minute walk away and has a convenience store, a butcher shop, a pharmacy and a restaurant next to a canal known for its landscape and tranquility

Located in the Château Lamothe building in Sauternes, on our wine estate, the Castèl de Lamothe offers an exceptional panorama of the vineyard and the Ciron valley. On 200m2, discover a large living space under an exposed 18th century framework, with an open kitchen, a large dining-living room, a billiard table, a foosball table, a south-facing terrace and a secure swimming pool, 4 bedrooms each with a bathroom, and in the tower... a round bed!

This 14th-century château is ideally located 25 minutes from Bordeaux, in the heart of an organic vineyard! Overlooking the vineyard hillsides, this building provides an ideal setting to recharge your batteries and enjoy convivial moments with family or friends. The place is also perfectly suited for a seminar or days of work with colleagues. The place has a swimming pool (covered) and an outbuilding “l 'Orangerie” with a large terrace.

Come and stay with family or friends in this attractive castle by its charm and its location in a family winery, with a beautiful view of a wooded valley and the vineyards of the Entre Deux Mers. You can visit the region easily: we are 30 minutes from Bordeaux and 1 hour from the coast.

The gite of Labrouche is located in a small hamlet in Saint Pardon de Conques, small village 10 minutes from Langon and close to Castets en Dorthe. Golf des Graves and Sauternais is 5 minutes away and the beginning of the Voie Verte du Canal de Garonne is 10 minutes away! Cottage in the countryside 10 minutes from Langon

Our Cottage is located in the countryside on a 5000 m² wooded plot, 3 km from the Castets en Dorthes canal, where walking and cycling are very popular, 2 km from the golf course and 10 minutes by car from Langon. Guests can take advantage of the terrace and part of the park as well as the barbecue. Our 12-year-old dog Seven and our two cats Chance and Minus are free to roam the grounds.

Welcome to Maison Irondas ☀️ A former outbuilding adjoining our typical Gironde house dating from 1860, Maison Irondas was completely renovated in 2024. ✅Two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. ✅On the ground floor, a large 45m² living room with a modern kitchen, large table and sofa bed are also at your disposal. All opening onto an outdoor terrace.

In the heart of the Loupiac vineyard, 35 km from Bordeaux, we offer you the left wing of our family Château, which will be totally private.
